Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized, altered, stitched, fall & pico completed products cannot be cancelled after processing begins.

Cancellation by Adi Lakshmi Sarees

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Pricing or product information errors.
  • Payment authorization failure.
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction.
  • Delivery address is incomplete or unverifiable.

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be initiated, if applicable.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
