📦 Shipping Timeline

  • Bangalore: Delivery within 2–4 business days
  • Across India: Delivery within 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to courier partner delays.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in checking every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions.

  • Wrong product delivered

Returns are accepted only within 2 days of delivery.

Important Requirements

  • A continuous, uncut unpacking video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Requests without an unpacking video will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Color differences caused by screen settings or photography
  • Minor weaving variations common in handcrafted fabrics
  • Sarees with fall & pico completed
  • Customized or stitched products
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products unless damaged or incorrect

💬 How to Request a Return

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Unpacking video
  • Clear photos showing the issue

💰 Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to:

  • Camera lighting
  • Mobile or computer display settings
  • Fabric dyeing variations

Color variations of up to 10% are considered normal and are not treated as manufacturing defects.
